What does a standard yacht charter package include?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, essential safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Package specifics vary — sunset tours offer gourmet appetizers and premium non-alcoholic drinks, while business charters provide meeting facilities and custom corporate catering.
What's the recommended lead time for booking?
To ensure availability, we suggest reserving your trip 2–3 weeks in advance, or 4–6 weeks ahead for private celebrations or corporate outings, particularly during our busy period from May to September.
What are the measures taken for unfavorable weather?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the case that our captain evaluates the weather as unsafe, we will offer you an alternative date for your charter or a complete refund. We keep a close eye on weather forecasts and will inform you at least 24 hours prior if there's a concern regarding the weather.
Am I permitted to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own refreshments. We also provide excellent culinary services, with menu customization to suit your taste. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility restrictions?
We are committed to accommodating all guests. Although accessibility varies across vessels, we encourage you to discuss your specific requirements upon reservation and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and arrange any special accommodations needed.
What is the policy for cancellations?
For cancellations made over 72 hours before departure, a full refund is issued. Those occurring between 24-72 hours will qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures on our part.
